The ADC of this card is a highly integrated power measurement solution which contains two Analog to Digital Convertors (ADC's), high speed power calculation functions a serial interface in a single chip.
The programmable Eprom has the capability of seprating Factory setting and Dealer setting through password, which helps manufacturer's to stop misuse by dealers.
The software is designed in such a way that it does not need to set counts, span, offset, linearity etc. during production or service - just clibrate with a perfect weight and its done.
The above mentioned setting is done by itself.
